Vacuum Infusion
✧ Product feature
Vacuum infusion delivers its core value through a closed-mold, controlled resin impregnation process that enables consistent, high-quality composite manufacturing. Driven by vacuum pressure, resin is introduced in a controlled manner and thoroughly infused into dry fiber preforms, resulting in very low void content and effective fiber wet-out.
Vacuum infusion allows accurate control of resin content and flow paths, significantly reduces volatile emissions, and produces composite parts with a uniform microstructure, improved mechanical performance, and high repeatability.
The process is particularly well suited for manufacturing large, geometrically complex, or thick-section structural components, making it advantageous for advanced industrial applications that demand structural reliability and lightweight design. For example:
● Transportation Parts
Rail transit (driver cab covers, equipment bays), commercial vehicles (fairings, van bodies), and special-purpose vehicle components.
● Sports and Leisure Equipment
Racing boats, kayaks and structural parts for large amusement park installations.
● And many more.
